2025 Car season
I will be taking my M3 in for more work next month to begin "my" 2025 car season with the following work to begin:
- Rear subframe reinforcement plates
- Replacing all the rear subframe bushings
- Replace rear diff bushing
- Replace RTabs and adding limiters
- Replace FCabs
- Replace Front Control Arms
- Install new Bilstein PSS-10 coilovers with Ground Control camber kit.
- Install new Hankook Ventus V12 EVO3 tires
Things I would like to add to the work being done:
- Replace transmission mounts
- Replace wheel studs for brand new ones
- Replace all lug nuts
- Annual Engine Oil change
When I get my car back it will feel like a brand new car with solid suspension.
One other thing I am planning to do is get the car tinted with 30% ceramic tint on the side and rear windows and get the clear UV film on my front windshield. The carbon roof I recently installed will also be getting the clear EXPel wrap to protect the carbon fiber. I am looking forward to getting this completed as I still have a few more things planned for this amazing machine
After all this work is done and my garage organized, I plan to pull my M3 nose first into the garage so I can remove both headlight assemblies and redo my Orion V4 angel eyes for a brand new set as the current set has partially failed. Time to remove the old angel eyes to install brand new ones as well as fix the angel eye harness. I'm still going with the Orion V4 angel eyes as they put out the lighting I desire. I have more planned for this car season with my M3 getting most of the work. The Porsche needs a tune and I may get this to complete that car. As a car enthusiast, you're never finished getting your car set up . . .
