    Castrol Euro 0w-40 or 5w-30 or 5w-40

Among these three Castrol Euro viscosities, which would you run in your ZHP or other BMW? From these Castrol oils, only the 5w-30 and 5w-40 have the BMW Longlife rating.

I run the 0W-40, which used to be LL rated. I don't know why it matters - I don't change my oil every 15k miles!

I wouldn't run Castrol to begin with. Most people here run 5W40.

Most important as has been said is to replace the oil often enough and not too late...
