I know you state in the ad to text/call with additional questions, but I'll post here just in case you're active here:

• Transmission - manual or automatic?
• What interior does it have?
• Where is the car located?
• Can you clarify the car having "M Package" and the "ZHP package"? As far as I know, there were only four available packages for the E46 in 2006: 1. Sports Package (ZSP), which was superseded by 2. Performance Package (ZHP) (if selected), 3. Cold Weather Package (ZCW) and 4. Premium Package (ZPP).
• Can you provide the VIN? It would help people to identify specific options and run a car report like CarFax
