Here are mine....
Apex Arc-8 18 x 8.5 et 38 all around (wheels are custom powder coated using prismatic platinum gold)
Tires are Michelin Pilot Super Sports 235/40/18
Suspension is Koni FSDs and OEM springs.
Things to note:
I also keep a full size spare in the same wheel/tire specs in the trunk wheel well with no modifications.
I originally wanted 9s with et30 all around for the concavity but I would have had to deal with other issues:
-I just didn't feel like dealing with having to add in the negative camber (as i was told by APEX)
-I possibly would have had to roll my fenders.
-I wanted to use the 235s, rather than using 255s and deal with increased tram lining.
-I did not want to use 235s on 9s because i was afraid when stretched the ride would not have been as smooth.
-A 9 inch spare would not fit in the spare wheel well.

looking awesome, joey. two OGs in this thread!
re: your comment about the 9s... i think you're meaning 9.5? the 9" wheel has the same face profile as the 8.5" wheel does, and fits without fender modification or crazy camber settings.
the 9.5" wheels are a whole other ball o' wax.

Ahhh I forgot to specify, the 9 inchers that I was looking at were the et30s that had the profile 3 face. the et42s have the profile 1 face. I was looking at the 30s specifically because they came in that matte bronze finish. TBH I was hearing mixed things. some were telling me I wouldn't have to do a thing, others were saying I'd need add in the neg camber and modify the fenders. Although I believe that those modifications would be dependent largely on the choice of tires due to shape of the shoulder.
oh right, the ET30 ones! totally forgot about those.
yes, tires make a big difference... as well as camber settings, ride height, fender modifications. but 18x9 ET30 is still a very aggressive fitment, i believe more aggressive than 18x9.5 ET35, given the same tire size.
