Ha-ha! Even though Daniel only took it for a short spin in the parking lot it looks like it at least a small silly assed perma-grin on his mug. I've never let anyone else drive it until now, so props to the members on this board whom I only just met but
enough to trust they'll drive responsibly.
Yeah, Brett and I followed behind Kristen's tastefully modded 135 on the way back to the C&C site to pick up Stu's beautiful Le Mans Blue E92, and it was fun being dusted just to hear that sweet Corsa exhaust sing its aria.
I fully expect to see it next year adorned with a full OEM 1M body kit.
Yeah, big shout out to the ZHP Boss man.............The Great Dane! I was just there for the Saturday events, so I can only imagine the time and effort to organize 3 days worth of gigs for the family. My thanks to both Dane and Seth for reconning and scoping out the optimum site for my photo shoot.
It was also a pleasure to see Brett and my old imola red-headed flame again. It's amazing how she looks as good (if not better) today, than when I first handed the keys over to him 6 years ago, especially considering it appears he uses it occassionally for off-roading purposes now.
Finally, it was nice to meet everyone else that was there on Saturday. It's not just a coincidence that this is the friendliest board on the planet as Dane likes to quote, so props and credit where they are due.
I apologize for having to boogie from the dinner without shaking everyone's hand, but I figured that would have taken another hour or two
to do properly, and possibly wound up with another photo shoot of all our cars in the parking lot with Seth having to climb up on Pitrelli's roof to execute it with the attention to detail he likes to exhibit with his shoots.
And for those that haven't made it to a family re-union yet you definitely need to add it to your bucket list.
