    Neither of the Phoenix dealerships made the cut. The one in North Scottsdale is a Roger Penske shop, and is EXTREMELY well-run, like all Penske shops I've dealt with over many years. Surprised they don't make the cut.. especially with Crevier on the list, those guys were greasy as hell last time I was in there (I'm talking sales, not the service side.. where you don't want any grease).
