I had the car inspected and while I expected that the price reflects that some work would need to be done, the amount of work needed is more extensive than I thought. The seller said he would fix the serpentine belt and throw in some extra parts. It could be a good deal for the right price, but I've decided to pass on it.
Mechanical/Electronic
-Insp. light -19850 miles - seller stated that it wasn't reset after he serviced the car
-Needs new LCA bushes (typical)
-Main serpentine belt is cracking... Listing said it serpentine belt was replaced
-SRS light is on (seat occupancy sensor needs replacement, possibly covered under recall)
-Oil Pan leak
-Oil filter housing gasket leak (seller said he fixed this and the visible oil is a remnant from before the repair)
-Key lock button on key fob inoperable
Exterior
-Scratches and small dents here and there (expected)
-Appears to have been repainted on the drivers side rear fender
-Front splash guard needs replacement
-Front lip is cracked
Interior
-Sunroof shade needs replacement
-Radio knob does not turn off radio
-Small cigarette burn in driver's seat
