Get e90 ZKW projectors. Take apart these E46 headlights & take out their existing ZKW's, then swap in the e90 ones. IIRC they go right in? Then sell.

Or buy them and do it for yourself and sell your existing burnt ones for someone else to swap other projectors in.

Could be had for 0 downtime when working on headlights. Work these over, then swap them in.

So uh, the e90 zkw's swap out of the housings 1:1 with our zkw's? I'm not sure how I missed this. I do that, though.

Before you get all excited, there is a fair amount of fab work in terms of retrofitting the E90 ZKW housings... Its not just a bolt in mod... But, it does work quite well... Look in the lighting forum for my extensive DIY thread on this retrofit.

If I had the extra disposable income (ok, I have the money.... realistically, if the wife would let me spend it!) I would pick these up and retrofit them for someone else here.
