WTB - ZHP - Sedan - Manual - NY Metro Area

Am looking for a ZHP sedan, key requirements are as follows:
Here is what I am looking for:
- Sedan only
- Manual transmission only
- Under 80k miles
- Must, must, must be able to demonstrate that appropriate maintenance was completed based on mileage.
- Will travel but not preferred

Here is what I am not looking for:
- Heavy mods
- Dirty carfax - or one you cant explain

I think you'll have trouble restricting travel. Local gems do pop up but you'll hunt for a long, long time. A NE or city car may have its own problems to deal with on top of that.

Beyond that, your requirements are easily satisfiable in my opinion.
