Many, many ways to skin a cat. In the past I would just muscle the CAB's off the arm, then cut or pull the rest of the bushing off of the arm by whatever means necessary. Pretty caveman-like if you ask me.
Today, I injected one step into my previous doings. Pin punch the end of the control arm. I always had issues with the three jaw pulling slipping and sliding on the end of the the control arm which would lead to frustration.
Pin punch.

The utilize your three jaw puller. Both bushings came off very easily and completely.
