WTT / WTS $7000

Asking $7,000 for the car, negotiable of course. I am aware of the KBB value, I believe my car a very clean example. Please note the use of the word NEGOTIABLE! That means work out a deal with me :)
I am looking to sell or trade my 2001 E46 wagon. The transmissions shifts quickly and smoothly and the four wheel drive is great in the winter time.I have had the car for about two years. The previous owner was an older woman who had the car serviced at BMW of Peabody. I did most of the maintenance via DIY with the help of a good mechanic at my work. I detail her religiously. I love the car, but I am interested in moving on to something with a manual transmission. I am asking $7000. I will entertain any offers or trades but I am specifically looking for a ZHP or a six speed 330i. Feel free to post or PM me if you have any questions. I know you boys run a hard bargain, so let 'em rip!
The Car:
2001 BMW 325xit
124,000 miles (currently away at school so mileage should stay pretty constant)
2.5 liter inline 6 (M54B25)
Automatic (Steptronic)
Full time four-wheel drive (38%/62% Front/Rear Torque Split)
Sports package
Premium package
Cold weather package
"Oxford green metallic" paint
"Sand Montana" leather
Park Distance Control (PDC)
Xenon headlights
Fog lights
6 CD changer
Harmon Kardon stereo
Full sized spare
Continental tires on 17 inch BMW style 73 wheels
Power seats with memory and adjustable thigh support
Memory mirrors with reverse-tilt feature
Auto-dim mirror
Home-link system
Sunroof
Factory clear bra
Headlight washers
Multifunction steering wheel with cruise control
Maintenance:
Stainless brake lines
VANOS seals replacement
Front brake pads
Epansion tank / radiator hose
See my flickr link for a screenshot of my full maintenance spreadsheet :headbang (Oil change a few months ago, not listed)
The Good:
Interior is in beautiful shape (9/10) The back seats and most plastics look they have never been used! The leather on the driver's seat shows some wear, but no cracks or tears
The engine runs nicely and never gives me any problems on start up, especially after the rebuilt VANOS
Transmission never hiccups and the shifts are quick and sporty
Suspension is in great shape with newer shocks from the previous owner
Car feels tight and tracks straight on the highway
A/C blows cold
The factory Harmon Kardon stereo sounds great
Plenty of recent preventative maintenance performed
All weather and carpeted floor mats
The Bad (full disclosure here!):
The car is 11 years old and has seen it's fair share of shopping carts. The paint is a lovely color and is very presentable and shiny, but there are dings and some scratches, although nothing major or really noticeable at first glance
Wheels have some curb rash on the outer lips
Some minor rust, very repairable (nothing bad or unusual for the car's age, no swiss cheese)
Needs a set of rotors in the near future
The sunroof shade tabs need to be replaced
Other Common E46 3 Series Focus Points:
VANOS seals replaced
Cooling system has had a recent refresh
Subframe is in great shape (xi wagons have a low failure rate)
No sagging headliner or pillar covers
Bargaining Chips (things that can be worked into a deal):
OEM set of four winter wheels and tires with hubcaps (one tire is a mismatch, but tread depth is all equal). The finish on the steel wheels is not in great shape but I had them on this winter and they were smooth and worked well
Thule roof racks with snowboard carriers. Unfortunately, I do not have the keys to the locks (no, not stolen!)
Set of black OEM rubber floor mats
Pictures:
See the link below the set for even more detailed shots. This set was taken about six months ago when the car had about 118k miles on it. They still reflect the car's condition however.
