Met up with Heiu today. His car is stunning. I'm not into white cars normally. This is one of the best I've seen. The c/f hood is gorgeous, the black white contrasts on his car completely compliment the other. Pics don't do it justice.

Not nearly! Physics is on the MCAT, so I can't take the test until after this course, and then I'll be studying and applying this fall while I keep working in the Duke lab I'm in now. You have to apply a year and a half before you want to start school, so I'm applying for 2016. I'll get my applications ready to submit and then hopefully go out west somewhere to do field work with botanists/conservationists/that kind of thing. I'll probably earn a pittance but I'll get to spend my time outdoors someplace beautiful. So it's a long process, but I'm really looking forward to the gap year!

Basically same situation here - I graduated in December. Doing the application process right now, and have a gap year to look forward to (probably try to do something in the lab, I was at NIH last year). Good luck with the 2015 MCAT, I'm glad I avoided that

FWIW, if you've already taken most of the other physics, you can probably self teach the stuff you need for the rest pretty quickly.

Saw my twin last night on the way over to a buddy's house. Older guy driving while on the phone and didn't seem to notice me. Jet black with natural brown leather just like me. He had xenons though and it was an auto trans.

He was speeding in the middle lane near a speed camera, so I sped up past him in the right lane, and slowed down as I passed the camera and body blocked it so he didn't get a ticket.

Truth be told....after all these years, I still couldn't tell a wannabe with zhp bumpers aside from the rear bumpers from the real thing in passing. But if they are still or parked, then I would be able to take a closer look.

You can tell. Trust me. Look at lower grill figment and the waviness of the bumper on top of the reinforcement. Of course, these things can be fixed if you know what you are doing, but most people don't take the time.

No way... The Clubsport came with Style 71's and a special rear wing. It's very easy to spot one. Usually Estoril Blue in color, as well. :)

The car I saw was a pre-facelift, identified by the quarter panel turn signals AND what I think was a pre-facelift only color. It was a golden red color. Never seen it on a facelift, but I could be wrong.

I had just gotten off work this morning and spotted this beautiful Imola Vert parked at MCDonalds when I was grabbing some breakfast. I managed to track down the owner and chat for a bit. I'm not sure the woman driving it recognized mine. We ended up at a stoplight next to each other and she eventually waved at me, but how else are you going to respond to a weird stranger who's staring at your car with a smile on her face?

She took the practice portion of the new one and it was very hard. She wasn't prepared for the psych and sociology questions. I ran into one of our YoungLife leaders last night. She is in the process of applying to med schools (~15). She said she did well on the MCAT and is so glad. She took the practice portion of the new one and it was very hard. She wasn't prepared for the psych and sociology questions. I think she said the new sections will add an additional 2 hours to the test also. No pressure :D


The new sections add 3 hours, actually, so it's 6 hrs 15 minutes. Rough! But it's still true that it doesn't matter at all how hard the test is, it only matters how relatively prepared you are. So there is hope for us!

Found out who it was lol. He's a lurker on here. Pops in for questions, ideas, and such. He's stationed here like I am. That's his coworkers M3 next to us. Great guy, just got here back in February and picked the ZHP up then and he's been busy rescuing it from it's previous owner. Replaced the 3m tape for his rear window diffuser...I want one now, repaired all the trim, added the AFE Stage 1 dry intake, and the ipod dock. He plans on adding a borla exhaust in the near future. We wasted almost two hours going over each others cars and geeking out lol. And he added a ZHP Mafia front plate that he had made. I kinda want one now lol. With the bosses approval of course. I'm not sure on the rules with using the Mafia name, logo, and such.

This happened a few days ago actually, but I only remembered it now - saw an Imola Red coupe and what looked like a "light green" ZHP sedan (i'm pretty sure it was....never seen the color before though) while on the 110S and 405S going to Costa Mesa. And then another black ZHP in the parking lot of my client in Costa Mesa.

I love Z4s with M135s! If I ever get a (non-M) Z4, I fully expect to find myself an extra set. I think they look just about as good on Z4s as they do on ZHPs…almost. :D

As somebody who frequents brit site z4-forum.com, I can confirm that 135's are VERY common on euro Z4's. And I think they look quite nice on them, better than some of the other Z4 wheel options.
