Seems too good to be true, if my wife's (notice singular!) 45K mile alcantara vert, all service records, no accident history, etc., were up for sale, I'd definitely be seeking much more for it than this owner is asking.

That's a great price for that car... Rare, lowish miles, looks like it's well taken care of...

Contacted the buyer to see if this is still available. Swinging it by the wife and seeing what she thinks of it.
