It is 1:56 pm on Tuesday, 2/1. What is up with the site right now? It is killllllllling me..... Super slow and unresponsive. Are we in the middle of a server change?

Should be faster now. Just some network congestion. Typical for my host -- though they would likely blame something on my end for the slowdown.

Getting hit pretty bad, intermittently between 20:00 and now (20:20).
Dreadfully slow. Clear period at the moment so I could get this post in...

You probably hit it just at the right times. Twice now I have sat waiting for at least 5 minutes for a page to load.
Not complaining (I'm just happy to have the site), just letting you know.

Thanks for the heads up. I live on the site, so I doubt I have missed it. Just hasn't been slow here. I have no doubt that it has been slow where you are, though.

My admin knows that we want to be out of here (away from this host) by February 11. I'm hoping that's when it happens.

Yeah. Yesterday did suck at times. Wasn't too bad in northern California, though.

Our new host is located in Washington, DC. The east coast guys should notice some great speeds.

We'll eventually get there.

I have noticed some intermittent slowness on the west coast, too, Keith. Thanks.

We're living with the host until February 11. This will be but a memory.

Remember when the site suffered from slow downs (on a regular basis)? Seems like ancient history. I've been so happy with our new host, ServInt.
