New from California

Hi all,

I just purchased my ZHP a few days ago and am in LOVE! Coming from a modded GTI, this car is super fun for being all stock. Every day I'm finding out something new about it. I don't know much about the car but have started doing a little research. I've only put about 120 miles on the car so far, but it looks as though I'll be taking it for a joy ride this afternoon.

Pics will be posted soon and I really look forward to meeting some of you and learning more about this car.

Mmmmm, Stone Brewery. I spent some time there last fall. A friend of mine is one of the hostesses.

"Near San Jose?" Me too, in the mountains outside of Los Gatos. Join the BMW CCA if you're not a member already and come join us for autocross starting in April. We have a few ZHPs who participate, can always use more.

I've also had modded GTIs but nothing newer than 95. I had a 95 GTI VR6 back in 97-99. Fun car!

My first car was a 2003 Jetta 2.0. Then I traded that for a 2003 GTI vr6 24v. Then I inherited a 2003 GTI 1.8T. Now I am moving on :eeps
