bavarian autosport performance springs

Has anyone had experience with these? I am starting to think about lowering springs again and I do not want to drop it too low maybe .5-1 inch tops.

FYI I just heard back from bavauto and their springs are meant to be similar in ride height and performance to stock zhp springs

i love my eibach prokit. got it from bav actually, on sale last spring. i love em in my e36. slight drop, about what you're looking for, and only slightly stiffer than stock. i DD my car.
