Oh I figured it out, it had just taken me a minute or two... New rubber too or just the wheels?

Wheels came with the like-new Blizzaks I listed for sale in another thread. My all-seasons (same size) are going on this week.

Nice adoption. I am thinking about picking up some myself.

That actually looks great with the 18' M rims.

You're going to have some problems with those rears.

Those may not have true ///M offsets too.

Yeah. If they're OEM wheels, the rears are 18x9 ET27. A bit aggressive for a non-M
The 19s would be an even tougher fit. 19x9.5 ET27 -- basically equivalent to pushing the above setup out another 6mm

I'm running M3 fronts (18x8 et 47) on my rears with 10mm spacers, lowered on an Eiboch sport springs, rear fenders not rolled. I rubbed once traveling 70mph+ on a very rough road. M3 rears are essentially 22.7mm farther out than my setup. I'm sure it rubs.

I was always under the impression that e46 coupes had a little more room under their rear fenders and could get away with this setup, not so much luck for sedans...
I could be wrong though, but perhaps rolling the fenders will help, its not too bad if you have the right tools and patience...
I've had 9Jx18 wheels on the rear for a couple years and didn't have any rubbing issues. Offset on those was ET40.
The m3 wheels are the same size, but ET26. The rear does rub a bit, but I think that's because my rear suspension is shot. There's less than a finger of clearance between the tire and fender, whereas it was previously about two finger's worth. Will update once I figure out what's up with the suspension.

Thanks for the feedback, I didn't think about the car being a coupe. You're right, they might have more clearance in the rear. Make sense since the rear deck is different for a coupe and a sedan.
I guess with your suspension thread you're going with stock?

Springs don't really wear out. So if it rubs now, it can still rub with even with fresh suspension.
How hard are you pushing the car? When I had 18x8.5 ET35 wheels on my old ZHP, the rears rubbed under some extreme conditions. I know the coupes are wider, but I don't think they'd be wide enough to allow what would essentially be a 20mm spacer with my old setup.

Not necessarily - depends on what the issue is. Won't know until I pull the wheels off (hopefully tonight) and have a look).

I don't push the car much at all. The rubbing I'm encountering is only happening when going over very large bumps (pulling into parking garages).
My previous setup of 18x9 ET40 did not rub at all, but the rear definitely sat higher than it does now.
