Need help installing sidemarkers!

Hey guys. So I am installing the clear lights that my GF got me for Christmas and I an ready to put the side markers in and it seems like the OEM bulb socket is too big to fit inside the clear lenses.

Any one have any advice on this matter?

Yes. But I tried the driver's side one and it fit but it was tight so I took some rolled up sandpaper to the passenger side and all is well.

Try the same on the other side. The groove needs tks be sanded on both sides.

Yep did them both. It looked like there was just some left over plastic that I didn't notice the first time around.

I had to use a dremel and take a very small amount of plastic off. Then I had to kind of force it in. Eventually, it did go in...
That's the trouble with aftermarket stuff, unfortunately. :(

Yep, other than that one side market though everything fit great. Just need to throw in some amber bulbs tomorrow until i have time to order stealths then go take some pictures
