I've always seen a couple cars around with just the antlers on the windows. This year though, I thought it'd be funny just to have them on the ZHP plus the red nose and all. The AE's running as DRLs with no front plate and all should make it one hell of a reindeer. ;)
Yes or no? I have Prime so it can be here on the ZHP within 2 days.

That stuff bugs the crap out of me when I see it on other cars. I'm always afraid that one's going to fly off and hit my car. I'm also curious if there's any damage to the cars that they're on.
I think it's a cute look, but not practical.

100% personal preference, man. Me personally, I'm on the fence; every day I see an E90 at work with it & it's 50/50 whether I scoff or chuckle. :dunno Sorry for not being any help!

I agree would worry that the window mounts would scratch my paint or mess up my window tint... I think they look funny (i assume thats the intent) but I wouldn't do it on my car

Wow, you guys crack me up... Sorry, I guess I just 'worry' a lot less about my car. I remember a roll of duct tape :blink flying off a truck and hitting my hood and windshield before flying over the car... No damage...

Its pretty funny coming from our old Probe forum to this, huh Jon. :) I remember a friend opening my passenger door and my whole lower door panel ripping off. He turned white and looked like he was about to run away. I was like, eh. Fellow Probe owners fixed it for me with a screw or two. Not very well built but those cars were fun.
I doubt it would do any damage. And its the Christmas season. Have some fun!

Seriously... My how times have changed.... I need to do some internet searching and see if I can find some pictures of my old car. I bet the guys here would get a kick out of that nonsense.

So funny reading this thread. I'm thinking as I see the first few posts, Jon's not obsessed with his car like some of us are, he even leans on them. No way an antler's gonna bother him. :rofl BTW, nothing wrong w/dat. Do what you want, I kinda like the look on a Bimmer (never seen it on that, mostly on SUVs), but at the same time, I kinda think it's silly too. So, why not be silly?!

I'm a purist. I usually want to strangle those who put them on a Prius, Agent 47 style.

I've seen them on some cars for a couple years now, I've always wanted to get them but this is still bugging me. The only reason why I'm hesitant right now is because:
1) Once the antlers are on, I can't roll the windows down. Even if I can, there's a chance they might fall off and it looks off anyway if they're not all the way up.
2) Unwanted attention when parked. I work at a restaurant so wherever I park needs to be safe for upwards of 5 hours straight. I don't mind if people take pics or anything (I've caught some customers taking some before with nothing even on, just as-is) but if it will incite some idiot to mess with it, take/yank it, or who knows, key the paint because they think whatever then I definitely don't want that to happen.
#2's what bothers me the most, shady people. Most of these I've seen were on beaters or DD's like Civics or Accords, I've yet to see them on any MB, BMW, Audi, etc.

That's because those cars are far too classy for this kind of stuff. :biggrin

Haha, I actually think this is kinda cool - full on display of the season's spirit. If you're working at a restaurant and are worried about the stupids, can you just park in front of the windows? It'll provide even more exposure to your car, which will thwart off any potential vandalists... You can put a "Do not disturb, reindeer napping" sign on it.
Very tempting to buy it and put it on my wife's car.

Is this even a question? Of course the ZHP needs a little Christmas spirit, too
Rather than the red nose on front and the antlers on the windows, put one antler on the grill and two noses on the windows, or something like that.
