Hey guys so I finally got to take my car for a real drive today with the new sways and when I got back i had a clunk in the front end. It happens when one tire hits a bump and when I turn to the left. I did get airborne once or twice but the car handed just fine after, just have a clunk now.
I got under the car and didn't see any leaks, binding or anything loose so that's leading me to think it's a failed bushing maybe? The FTAB's are powerflex.
Any ideas?
BTW: these sways are awesome!

I would be willing to bet....you didn't get the lower endlink connection tight. This is in direct relation to the work that was performed, and would make this sound.
Right where the "RED DOT" is...in my bearing DIY pic.

And that was where we needed a very thin wrench to hold the link when I swapped mine, had to make a wrench thin enough to fit in there, don't think you had started your Vanos refresh yet when we were doing this on that Sunday.

Funny, I just did the end links on the e36 and had to use the flat 16 mm. I reached into my bike tool kit and pulled out my 16 mm Park Tool wrench and it worked perfect.
