I wanted to give a commendation to Reece @ Detailed Image.

They inadvertently sent an order to a previously vacated address.
The package was reported as delivered by FedEx. When I inquired about it, they told me it was their mistake, and promptly sent out a new package to my correct address.


In a time where we tend to criticize the bad, I think acknowledging good customer service ( dying species) is warranted.

I cannot compare their pricing structure to their competitors.... But I can say that I for one will return over and over again to any company that place customers over dollars.

DI is awesome, and in fact sometimes cheaper. I've always had great customer service with them.

I to love detailed image. I spend 100$'s a year from them, never had an issue with it.
