Idle increase when brakes are applied

Does anyone have any clue why this could be happening? It goes up about 300-400 RPMs.

Vacuum leak possible. Maybe brake booster is going. Just guessing here.

Casting my vote for a vacuum leak in the brake booster vacuum line, or a busted brake booster.
