View Full Version : Issues with German Auto Solutions?

All -

I placed an order for a DISA repair kit from GAS on 9/9/12. Payment via paypal cleared on 9/9/12. I've made several attempts to contact - e-mail, phone via # provided by paypal, and their contact form on their site. No response, no DISA repair kit, no shipping notification, no nothing.

Anyone else have these problems? I'm hoping it's something silly or simple and that I don't need to take any further steps.

i bought the Gold kit and it was shipped to my door immediately. no issues here.

None here either. I ordered mine a few months ago. Got the rebuild kit and the high speed translucent oring. The oring was backordered so he sent a email with a update. Got the kit with the oring within 5 days.

PROBLEM SOLVED

As I had hoped, it was a simple case of accidentally overlooking the fact that my transaction had "cleared" from PayPal. Gary e-mailed and the kit is on its way.

I ordered a kit and got it promptly. Then - my ZHP got totaled. I contacted them and asked if I could return for a refund as car was gone before I could install. They promptly refunded my money after I returned the DISA kit.

I could not ask for any better customer service!

I might just order one and do it for the hell of it even though I dont have any real symptoms.

Yea once they realized the error they apologized and I got the kit the next day. No qualms about recommending them.

Wow that is awesome.
I have to return something I ordered from ebay and the guy was nasty and basically hing up on me after telling me he was going to charge me 10% restock fee.

Had to return a deffective set of LED AE bulbs for the X5 to Bimmian and their RMA process sucks plus they charged me shipping to get a replacement. It's nice to hear that some vendors don't suck
