New password on iPad

Have tapatalk on my iPad. Cannot log on. Requested password 6 times via iPad interface. Nothing by email.

Is there an issue with iPad on this forum's forum?

Boss has an iPad. I don't think he's ever had problems. Maybe uninstall/reinstall?

Is your email set up correctly to receive messages on the iPad, or are you checking from a computer/web interface?

Both.

Even tried submitting "resend password" on laptop from web,.... No response :(
