Kalim, nice to see you here. Doesn't matter if you have a ZHP or not. We're all BMW enthusiasts here.

Welcome. Not to threadjack but, can you list what parts were needed for the M3 rear swap? I'm very close to purchasing a setup and want to make sure it has everything I need.

It's a bit easier on the ZHP than on my 325i since 330s have more parts in common with M3s. I did a quick write-up of it here: http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=761356
There are a few more threads on e46fanatics on the subject. My recommendation is to pick up a complete rear end if you can. It'll make things a lot easier.
Also, you won't have to go to a custom drive shaft with the 6spd manual 330 trans. The M3 drive shaft works fine.

Thanks. Now I just need an M3 driveshaft and a passenger side axle.

Beautiful ride. Even more respect knowing it has the famous swap to go along with it. If I keep my 330 I hope to eventually do the same one day. That or a FI kit haven't completely decided yet.

The swap was like a breath of fresh air for my 325i. If you decide to go FI, I don't think you'll be disappointed as the few FI 330s I've driven have felt very quick.
