Just saw this on Turner's site: Complete Front/Rear CSL Brake Upgrade - E46 M3 (http://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-2248-complete-frontrear-csl-brake-upgrade-e46-m3.aspx)

First, while I knew the CSL / ZCP had bigger, better brakes, I didn't know they got unique – & quite good-looking – calipers. (I'm a sucker for that ///M logo!)

Second, & more to the point, has anyone heard of anyone getting this kit (at least those calipers) on our cars? I imagine a full rear end swap from an M3 would be the most "correct" way about it, but what about new or custom brackets?

I don't know of any custom brackets to make this kit work on non-M cars.

The ZCP has a slightly larger piston than normal E46 M3.

At that point, it would be easier to do a Porsche Swap

wouldn't this also change brake bias?

I'm guessing you would also need to go to 19" wheels.

18s clear.

I like this idea too, but another concern with larger pistons is the ability of the master cylinder to move the appropriate volume to give adequate clamping force on the now larger caliper pistons. That might not make sense... If not, I can explain.

For that price you're better off getting a BBK.
