I ordered Sachs OEM replacement struts & shocks for my ZHP from RM European. They are listed and ordered by OEM part number, not the Sachs part number, even though that's what you're getting. I ordered the correct parts (33522282459 / 460 / 461). The fronts they sent were correct, and were labeled (apparently by them) with the OEM part number, as well as the Sachs p/n on the box end, which matches up with the proper OEM number. But the rears had no additional label, only the Sachs p/n, which is 556882. Various searches show this is the "standard" suspension shock, not the ZHP part. That part should be 290951, according to my research.
An email to them, clearly explaining this, got a reply stating basically that I'd ordered the sports suspension parts (duh), and what was my concern? Sheesh.
Does anybody have any experience with these guys? They are not off to a good start with me, obviously. Having to RMA a pair of shocks that are awkward to ship is a pisser.
