passenger side angel eyes

today the right set of my angel eyes decided to not work. i tried moving the wires around to see if it was just loose but nothing.

the driver side set works fine. could it be my ballast???

I would say yes, I've had that issue with the AE's on my e36.

its not the ballast. i got a new one and it still doesnt work
