View Full Version : Not so new to the mafia...

I never properly introduced myself when I joined the mafia last summer. I'm crazy about BMW so when I saw a fellow members Mystic Blue sedan parked in a parking lot I was hooked. I may or may not have left my number on a napkin under his windshield wiper inquiring about his willingness to sell the car... Little did I know he watched me drool over his car and leave the note. As creepy as I must have looked he was extremely friendly (unwilling to sell, but friendly) and sent me to investigate the Mafia.

Shortly after my discovery and admittance into the family I bought my 04 Imola Red sedan from a member here, flew to Tennessee to pick it up, and have been exceptionally satisfied with it since.

I've been a BMW owner since the day I got my license, and in all my experience I have yet to find another community like the one we have. I have been so impressed with the caliber of the members on this forum. Your respect is refreshing. I have received endless support and knowledge through reading your posts and learning through your experiences. I'm proud to be apart of the family, it has made owning a ZHP all the more rewarding.

I either have some serious commitment issues, or a bad case of ADHD, because pretty much every year I get an itch for something new. Trying to quench my thirst for change I searched for months for a zhp coupe, but was unsuccessful in finding "the one." I ended up buying an e46 M3. So far its been a lot of fun.

I want to get a feel for who else has had experience with the M. I like the atmosphere here so much that I don't want to have to go elsewhere unless i absolutely have to. Let me know if you've got an m3, and if you'd be okay with me PM'ing you with my pesky questions and inquiries.

Don't worry, I realize this is a ZHP forum and I will honor that and keep it holy!

Thanks for introducing yourself, fellow '04 IR ZHP owner! In terms of E46 M3 vs. ZHP, you need to catch up with Charlie (CakM3) as he owns both too. Great fellow and will certainly correspond with you about the Bavarian ladies!

Welcome to the Mafia! I have found in my short time (still a newbie myself around here) that you will get more replies and help in your posts from this forum, despite it being small, than you will on some other forums... So much more willingness to help...
