We have a closed forum. As a result, outsiders (non members) will not be able to send you a message if you have not provided a phone number or email address in your for-sale advertisement.
I get non members hitting me up on email all the time, asking if they can be members, so that they can respond to for-sale ads. I will not add these would-be buyers as new members.
Therefore, be sure to include a way for outsiders to contact you.
