Just had subframe inspection done on the vert, no issue. Per the advisor they have only seen 1 or 2 cars out of the total they have inspected. All of them were very early cars. FWIW

Good to know. Gonna get mine checked before the CPO expires next year.

That's why I did mine now it's been 6 months since CPO expired.

Only one identified at the place I had it done at.....and according to SA it was a tracked car from the NE.....

DW, scrub some of that information out of there. Remove the gmail account address and get rid of the cell phone number and residence number.

Pretty weird......I erase in paint...upload to PB....and the info is gone....but when I post here...it shows back up....freaky

Ehh. I don't think it is as common as many people think, but it certainly isn't that rare. It has happened to many M3s as well.

Mainly <2003....and ///M3's are driven a bit harder. I can see that.

M3s also have a reinforced subframe. It probably will never break; just don't think our car's are immune to this issue.
