330i Question

So I came across a 330i that looks like it's in good shape and my wife likes the color. I see something on the Carfax that has left me curious though.

What happened to that first 22000 miles? Was this a European Delivery ? What's with the driveabilty/performance check?

Since ZHP was a package, I don't think there will be a log of the first ZHP. Hopefully someone can just provide the earliest production date ha.

are you able to get service history for cars serviced at BMW dealers? I would love to get the service history for my car.
