Window Regulator Issue....Not the normal zip tie fixable issue

Ok so,

I have been getting a crunching sound from my window ever since I bought my car and I took it apart today to finally do the zip tie fix (which was stupid easy btw).

Well after I did that and re-installed everything I tested it, but I am still getting a crunching sound and the window goes up really slow. Since I had the door apart I was able to pin point the issue and it sounds like it is coming from where the cable goes through the motor.

Does any one know what this is?

And is there a fix for it or should I just plan on replacing the regulator?

You just need to pony up for a new regulator. Guide arms could be bent. Pulleys could be trashed. They just get old and worn out.
