Thinking about trading in my car for a 335D? Thoughts or opinions?

I love driving stick, but the 335D is by far the most fun automatic car I've ever driven. The torque is addicting! Comes with all of the E90 ups and downs though...

They're quick little guys, I know. I'm in love with diesels though.. so I may be a bit biased.

Heck yeah! Newer generation & features, waaaay more power, better on gas, etc. I'd do it in a heartbeat.

I'd do it if I could! I love diesel and having driven one...the power is definitely addicting. Nice cars too!

I'd consider one the way gas prices are heading also

I've done plenty of research but for those that have owned diesel cars...what are your own pro's and con's?

I'd guess it's not a straight trade.

I have hear good things but I love having 3 pedals way to much to go auto. Unless it was a second car.

Other than the tranny issue for me I would do it as well.

^I used to like automatics until I drove my 6MT and then drove other automatics. They're never in the freaking gear I want them to be..and then they upshift at the worst possible times.
