Hello all,
I am a new member and owner of an 2004 330i ZHP. This site is very informative and help convince me that ZHP is the way to go. This will be my fourth BMW and expect great things from this car. Here are some pics. I want to change out the wheels for 135M's and have some questions about that. I will post on the Wheel Thread.336333643365

WOW that's crazy! Nice ride

I was wondering if you'd maybe want to get together and get a photo shoot done sometime? My car is the same color as yours btw.

And, the reason I ask is because a guy I know on another forum is doing free photo shoots until June, and I'd think it be kind of cool if we had two of the same cars.

Welcome SoCal. How'd you find such a great low mileage car?

Thanks all for the nice welcome. My mechanic told me about this car. He had been changing all the fluids for the PO once a year. The PO is a dealer who has many cars to choose from. I get the impression he got sick and was laid up for a while. I first looked at the car last year in June I think. It took me this long to convince him to sell it. The car is like brand new.

If I missed it previously, sorry about that. Do you plan to remove the M3 badge? Just strange to see that badge on a ZHP.

I also apologize for missing this thread earlier. Official welcome. Good choice with the wheels. I like them, a lot, but not really on the ZHP. If they're really Hamann they should be worth a nice amount of money for resale.

Btw, what were your other 3 BMWs?

There, looks much better with stock rims...

I will remove the M3 badge. Just haven't got around to it yet. I hear that the method is to use a hair dryer and dental floss!? Any other suggestions? The Hamanns are in perfect condition but not my style. I prefer the 135s. My other rides have been a '83 320is, '92 328is, '97 328ic. I had put over 200k on each. Hope to do the same with this.

A little goo be gone helps at the end to remove the residue, just make sure to clean the area first then wax it after

I use 8lb fishing line....then Goof Off, or Goo Gone.

Nice list. My first BMW, '89 325i had 267k miles when I sold her and my current 323i has nearly 200k. So I like your thinking! Best of luck, with only 3k on the ZHP, you've got a ways to go!

Thanks for the feedback. Is using the hair dryer correct? Also, do I order the 330i badging from the dealer? Finally, Are there any guides to ensure proper placement of the new badging?
Thanks for the help.

You can use a hair dryer. I use fishing line with it. When I was placing my 330 on my car, I used pictures from the Internet to help me with the placement. If you have a friend with a 330, you can invite him over. Otherwise, look at pictures and do your best.

You can order the badge from the dealer. About $30 I think.

Yes, BP posted it somewhere a while ago. It's a page from the Bentley

Great car!
Those Hamann's look brand new! But why do they have OZ stickers on the lips?
