And I almost fell out if my chair.
......and whoever can guess the price (Closest)....
gets a $25.00 Amazon gift card.
It is OK if guess is "over" the actual price....unlike some game shows.
Amount is written on my BMW CCA membership renewal envelope, and is verified by Walker Texas Ranger.

Well, considering I already have about 4k in to mine, and I'm nowhere near where you are with yours.. my guess is around double. PM'ing.
Haha I did this the other night, too. About 2.5k in general maintenance and repairs, 1k of which was absolutely necessary, and 1.5k in improvements :p

It's a pond behind the local christmas tree farm that most people from where I live get their trees from. I wouldn't really classify it as a lake..

not gonna lie, my heart skipped a beat when i saw a thread that started with "i totaled..." and i had to re-read to make sure it wasn't "that" kind of totaled.
trying to come up with a guess...curious as to how stock your ZHP was when you bought her?

... since i've owned mine i've only spent. 2700...but that doesn't include oil changes and the money i've spent from insurance deductibles on body repair. so maybe add on another grand +..and i've owned the car since 2009.

In my old BMW, I kept track of what I spent and it made me sick to my stomach when I got all the receipts out and did some basic math. With the new one, I log it because but I'm not going to add it up. I just put all the receipts in an envelope and let it be. It's not about how much you spend. It about smiles for miles. Yeah baby!

Really?! I've had mine since July 2010 and my total now is around $4800. But I'm sure I missed a couple things still..

I was doing some more thinking, i just remembered tires. so with oil changes, insurance deductibles, and tires...i'd say around $4500. I guess i've tried to "forget" some of the money i've spent on the car.

Heh, that's not so bad. I made the mistake of totalling all my bike expenses for a year once. The sum came to be around $15k, not including cost of bike or insurance... I thought about selling the bike, but decided to just stop doing math instead.

I know.....I am already looking forward to doing coolant overhaul, pullies and belts in 2 years.....though I just did them. Once per year CAB's, RSM, tires......ugh.
Brakes will most likely be coming up within the next year....though I bought the BMW Pereformance brake rotors last year.

Oh man I wish I had seen this sooner, I had 9,400 in my head but as I read further, I saw that it had already been released... Thats what I get for studying instead of spending time on the forums.
I'm 8 months into owning my ZHP and have tallied about $6k so far.
I'm happy to have paid for it cash, but I did that by selling my truck... So happy to be out from under those $850/mo payments (5 years... Ouch)
