Hey guys. My name's Matt. I have literally wanted a BMW since 1984 (the year I was born and the year my Grandparents got their first - an E30 325es). I finally bought one last Friday - an '04, SC ZHP - and haven't been happier driving
anything ever before!! Here's a few teaser pictures and I will post more pics as they come.

Let me know what you think I should do first. I'm definitely going black kidney's, but am at a bit of a loss from there. I really like the stock look it has right now...but have to make it my own. Mostly though, I'm just thrilled to be a member of the ZHP community!

Also, if you're in the NW, please send me a PM! I'm dying to get more involved in the community.

Welcome. Great color choice too! Cf roundels would look good with the black grills...seeing as we have the same color car. What are the other specs...miles, and maintenance history would help us help you. Glad ur aboard!

Thanks man. Got lucky with this find. Car has about 80k and SC has about 10k. Has the 6sp, so not worried about the tranny at this point. The cooling system hasn't been done at this point, so I am anticipating that will need to be done soon (might do it early as preventative). Have any recommendations on which is the best bang for the buck? Rear brakes will need to be done in the next couple months. Again recommendations gladly taken!

Other than that, maintenance history is good and car runs GREAT!

Emmanuel. I have driven an automatic long enough. I needed to feel the power and be able to command it!

OPTION 1: You can get an entire brake kit from Ray....over at Brakeyourself.

Additionally.....go with some good pads, and hook it up with some Super Blue brake fluid and SS brake lines.

Or.....

OPTION 2: Go ahead and grab a set of the BMW performance rotors from ecs before they are NOT on sale anymore.....

Get the cooling overhaul kit from ECS....stage 1 or 2 depending on how much doughs you got.

Many options here....

It's an Active Autowerke Stage 1 kit. I'm running at 8psi right now and that is plenty for me. I may eventually move to the Stage 2, but will need to build the engine a bit more before doing that. Docile when city driving/cruising, but call upon it to perform and...whoa!

It was dynoed by the PO on a Mustang Dyno and the car put out 281rwhp and 242 ft-lb. If you have a chance to buy one...obviously I recommend it!!!

Have at it. There's plenty of room and food for you -- even if you decide to hang out all day long.
