High speed shot looks worse....the needle is past the numbers and the hand holding the camera is all shaky fearing for high speed death. :P Just wished I had a polarizing filter for my lens! Soon soon!

Yes thanks to dane showed me how to do it looks pretty easy. I might do it in the spring. Hermes does it look like original or any downsides?

I was just kidding, mine came that way. AFAIK it looks fine, if you mess up just use paint thinner to take it off.

Sharpie marker mid is simple Meric. You can't mess it up. That's what I did on mine.

Very cool pic!
My '04 ZHP came with the red needles too. Are we discovering a difference between years as well as US vs. Canada setups?

^no, its an option package thing. 767 gets the red needles, but permanent marker can fix that.

Don't forget that Canadian "ZHP" did not get red needles. :D
I wish red marker could fix my option list. :/ lol

Thanks! I turned the parking lights on to light up the cluster because it looked better with the BMW Amber colour. I hit the hidden OBC instrument cluster test and timed it with the timer on my camera to take the pic just as the needles all fell to resting position. I needed it to stay long enough in resting position for the needle to properly expose and show itself in the picture.

Didn't your car come with red needles like mine? Why would you have sharpie them?
