FS or FT - 1998 BMW M3 Tastefully modified and maintained

For sale or for trade (preferred) is my Cosmos Black 1998 M3. I'd like to trade for an earlier model ZHP (Obviously higher mileage). If no trade, my price is $13k OBO. I truly believe, despite the mileage, this car is worth every penny.

This isn't your typical "moded bro" M3. It's an enthusiast' built car, owned by purists.

The modifications are tasteful, and very expensive. This car is absolutely incredible, but I've always wanted a ZHP. I am positive if I get rid of this car I will be back in an E36 M3 in the future. I will miss it dearly.

The modification and spec list (*note, I do have a binder full of receipts including the original window sticker and documents from the original owner - not all service records and modifications are found from previous owners but many are).

What I've done-
(2) Front Tires (General's)
Alignment
New OEM Nose
Black Grills
Coolant Change
Spark Plugs Tightened
Replace Piece under Gear Shifter
And just yesterday (November 10, 2011) - Replaced radiator and all radiator components ($400+)

Full disclosure:

The drivers-side vader has a small rip.

The car is black. The car is a sports car. The car is also aging. Therefore, it has many rock chips. If I had to change one thing, it'd be the front bumper. The bumper is rock chipped and sags. Typical E36 problem.

I wasn't paying attention and rolled into a car at a stop light. I went ahead and replaced the nose with an OEM nose and had it sprayed Cosmos by a top shop in my area. It came out absolutely top-notch.

The previous owner had a paint-less dent removal on the right rear quarter panel. You can tell from certain angles, but I never notice it.

The paint is in decent condition for an older car. It needs a buff, and has the wear of a 98' black car, but it cleans up well.

The carfax is CLEAN - But, we found the passanger quarter panel, as well as hood, were replaced with OEM BMW DOT replacements. They match up perfectly.

Onto the pictures-

Ugh, you have no idea how bad I really want this, but I'm not allowed, lol. I know that doesn't help you out at all.

So bump for an excellent car!

Yikes, don't make the same mistake that I did. I sold a 95 M3 that I absolutely loved so that I could keep my 05 ZHP. After a year and a half of owning the zhp, I sold it and went back to an E36 M3. You will regret this! I like the E36 M3 that I have currently but I still miss the 95 that I stupidly sold.

Alright, guys . . BUMP. I'll throw in a set of LTW's . .

Mike, I've wanted a ZHP forever. Might as well try it - can always go back!

How about this, you give me the M3 and I'll give her a nice warm garage to sleep in while you get your kicks w/ the ZHP and when you're ready for the M3 back she'll still be pristine! Deal? :begging

Your M looks great :thumbsup

If you could swing it, I'd try to keep the ///M and then get a ZHP to drive around. If space is an issue, then there are forum members here who are willing to help (Ryan) :)
