So I got the keyhole cover for my car so help prevent idiots from trying to break into my car. I got the valet key to keep the glove box/trunk from being opened by valets. These two things don't mix. How is a valet supposed to lock/unlock the car with just a key (and no remote) if there is no keyhole? I had to laugh at myself once I realized this (and hopefully save someone else that mistake).

Total LOL. Guess they keyhole delete is everyday protection, the valet key is a couple times a year protection, sticking with the keyhole delete. I've got an extra valet key if anyone needs one! :rofl

Just hang onto key and cover w/ hole. You may get tired of keyhole delete.

Absolutely. I hold onto all my original equipment in case I want to return it back to stock.

That was a good laugh... at least you figured it out now and saved yourself some embarrassment.
