View Full Version : My door molding is loose/clipping off.. how can I fix this?

As you can see, it's getting loose and it's only a matter of time until it clips off. I'm just worried about the winter when we get snow and salt, which will probably cause rust to form and break the clips.

I used to have a B5 A4 and they were notorious for the door moldings falling off.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

I'm pretty sure they connect from underneath, they're pretty cheap... Just look and see how many you're missing and get them from the dealer

Yup....you just need new clips. I got a pic somewhere that should help you.

See those green dots. You just need to replace those....

You either need 4&6 or 5&6. The green thing dane pictured is #6.
