OEM floor mat?

I have dark gray floor mats that match the rest of the interior. Attached to the carpet below the mats are velcro discs that grab onto the mats. The driver's mat has a rectangular patch sewn into it with which is embroidered "BMW." The patch is starting to come up.

First off, is this an OEM set of floor mats? And secondly, has anyone replaced the driver's mat? P/n?

Yeah, a whole set isn't unreasonably priced and really freshens up the interior IMO.
