Regional Forums

I have launched two regional forums: East and southeast.

Most of the membership resides in these two regions. These two forums will serve as test cases. I want to see what happens to the dynamic of this site with the launch of these forums. It may work extremely well. It may flop.

Our young site prides itself on being nimble. If these forums thrive (and add to the rest of the site in a positive way), I will roll out the rest of the regions. If the site seems to suffer from these forums, I will give them the hook.
