For page views, that's a 120% jump from a week ago. Visits were up 52% from a week ago.

Meanwhile, page views were up 59% from the day before while visits climbed 12% versus the day-ago period.

Kind of getting old, eh? We're in growth mode right now. It will be interesting to see where the site tops out.

In a way I think it will be a kind of perpetual motion machine for a while-- the site and buzz generated by/through it increases interest in the ZHP package. As interest increases, more people come on board (and more importantly begin to pursue the platform for themselves). This, in turn, continues to build the buzz. And while it's not the rarest automotive platform, as time goes on, increased interest will combine with enthusiast owners (who are less likely to sell the cars) to further impact the supply/demand dynamic-- which will make the car more sought after and increasingly harder to find/own-- making it that much more special.

Or not.

That 60 came early in our existence. We got inundated by about 40 Baidu.com spiders/crawlers one night.

Whereas Google, and its bots, crawl the site with a single agent, it looks as though Baidu uses a team approach.

Anyhow, one night, back in November, Baidu sent a team of crawlers to index our site.

I'm going to refrain from posting about the traffic trends around here. It's become very obvious that we're in some kind of growth mode right now. It would get old to write this every day: New record.

I haven't checked in for a while. See my previous post for the reason.

It turns out that my post was spot on, though. We're in the middle of an epic run. We've set a visitor record for 24 straight days.

The record has either been an all-time record (which was most recently set last Thursday) or a day-specific record. For example, today -- even with a little less than four hours left in the day -- we've already set a new record for Tuesday traffic.

Our streak could be snapped on this upcoming Thursday, though -- since the visitor record that was set last Thursday may be difficult to top.

Regardless, traffic has been healthy around here.
