WTB: 2004-06 BMW 330Ci ZHP 6MT Silver Gray/Black only

Picked up an E36 M3 a few months ago but now I'm hoping to drive something more "luxurious".

I'm looking for either a 330Ci ZHP coupe. My criteria is:

Silver Gray exterior
Black interior (leather or cloth/alcantara is fine)
6MT manual
<100k miles
some maintenance history
not too many mods

i was thinking also an e46 m3 but i really don't need all the power and the valve adjustment and other maintenance just seems to cost more. the 240hp in my e36 m3 is enough for me so the ZHP fits right in :)


i saw that m3 link in portland but it being a dealership kinda worries me. i want some maintenance history, i'll check with them though. thanks.
