***NO longer for sale***

The below is an excerpt...spoken by Moose82

"I am thinking about unloading my car. I need something bigger.

Here are the stats: 2004, Imola red, black alcantara interior, cold weather package, 6 speed manual. 82K miles. Adult owned. Always garaged, even when at work.

Recent maintenance:
- Clutch, flywheel, throwout bearing, fluid
- Cooling system, belts, and accessories
- Control Arm Bushings
- Front brakes (have parts for the rears)
- Battery and Alternator
- Rear tires are brand new, fronts have maybe 10k on them
- Regular maintenance (oil change, fluids, filter, plugs, etc)

Downsides:
- Alcantara steering wheel has seen much better days. If I end up keeing up, I am planning on having a custom interior shop wrap it in leather)
- Rear bumper was tapped in a parking lot. There is a small crack. Living in the DC metro, I decided to wait out repairing it. Getting rear ended in common place out here
The car will be priced accordingly with these issues

Please let me know if you are interested or want any more information."

NOTE - - This note is from DW77. This ad is not binding, or promising in any way, shape or form, and is subject to change, at the owners (Moose's) request! Nuff said!

I blame Marcus for starting this trend. If this car is sold, the owner is buying a real gem.

It's moose's car but I can see why you'd think it was dane's.

Nice going, Dane! :biggrin

I do my best to create as much confusion around here as possible.

Quotations added, and the ever binding "NOTE" at the bottom.

Ah. I just saw key words and my brain told me it was your car. "Imola" "Steering wheel needs rewrap" "2004".

I'll just be sitting in the corner over here with this pointy hat on my head.

Hey guys, the car is mine. Dane, thanks for starting the thread. This weekend I will clean it up and take a few pictures. If anybody has any questions, feel free to ask here or email me at cmcrispino at gmail. Nothing to hide: it's a good car in excellent shape, aside from the two areas mentioned above. I'm not in a huge rush to unload it, but getting back into either a hatchback or SUV would suit my lifestyle a bit more than a sedan.

Edit: It also has the HK sound system. I'm unsure if all ZHPs had this option, but I do not believe so. Regardless, I did not want to leave it out.

Good evening Chip, is your car a sedan? If so, I'd love to check it out with weekend. I'm in Richmond.

Thanks,

Andrew

Andrew, yes it is. Saturday is totally shot for me. Literally from 6 am until at least midnight. If you're around on Sunday we could work that out. If not, I have a 4 day weekend next week (love floating holidays).

Shoot me an email and we can discuss logistics.

I'm in Fairfax.

Chip - Hatchback?! No offense intended and if you were interested, I would totally trade you a touring and some cash. Unfortunately, I need an auto for the Mrs and I'm not sure you'd be interested in an Xi with auto trans.

GLWS.

Bill, no offense taken....not sure why I would take offense to that. I am looking to get into something a bit newer and am partial to a manual transmission, unless I go the SUV route. I certainly appreciate the offer. I wish there were more sporty wagons on the market to choose from, but I realize my taste in cars does not match the majority of the country. It's too bad the E9X touring with sport/M package is so expensive. I cannot justify spending that much on a car.

Thanks again!

Photos attached. It was a bit sunnier than I realized, so some look a bit over exposed. If you would like to see specific pics, let me know. I will do my best to accomodate. Everything should be as I described it. For those who don't run a front plate, I have the trim piece. I got two tickets inside of 6 weeks for not running mine. Thanks VASP!

My camera died while uploading. I'll upload the rest in a few minutes when it has a bit of a charge.

Any questions, just let me know.

This car also has Ipod connectivity, which allows you to run the Ipod through your head unit.
