Just as it says, I need to touch up a few minor chips... Anyone have advice on product and procedure?

I have no idea. That gloss is going to be very hard to match.

That's what I was thinking... It's only a few very small nicks (like the size of a freckle). I was thinking of finding some sort of high-gloss felt tip permanent pen and just touch it up that way?

I would use a drop of glossy black touch paint....or even black Dr. Colorchip.

Are those chips in the paint? From the pics, it almost looks like its on top of the trim. If so, try the least invasive route before painting. The touchup may look worse than the nicks? Try using claybar first? If it truly is a nick, then paint is probably your only solution.

I can feel them with my fingernail, it's definitely a chip from road debris. I will get some high-gloss spray paint, spray it into a shallow cup and apply using a toothpick.
Thanks for the help gents! :-)

yeah, hoping not to have to buy that but might have to. Its just a weird spot to try to polish out so you kinda have to do it by hand. I just havent tried since I dont know how that will affect the finish. Also, can you even buy that one piece or do you have to buy the whole side mirror?

It's not actually that bad, I've just never tried anything on it
