New member saying Hi!

Hello,

Wanted to introduce myself and tell a little bit about myself and my wife. The screen name is from my wife's name, Brenda and her current car, a 99 323is which we are looking to replace.

We are a mixed family, although we can both appreciate a variety of cars my focus for the past few years has been on older Audi's and her's on BMW's.

In our search for a replacement we happened to look at and take a short drive in a 05 ZHP equipped coupe a few days ago and we were impressed to the point that we have been focusing on them since. I was asking a few questions in our local forum and there was a link to this site so here we are.

Seems to be a good group thanks for the site.

There doesn't seem to be that many around close, and we are generally pretty picky, tend to keep our cars awhile so try to start with the nicest we can find. That and we are partial to dark blues on the E46 which makes the pickings even more slim. We just started looking though so maybe something will pop up and we're not opposed to a little traveling either so have been looking across the country.

The one we did look at was perfect color wise, a dark blue with brown interior but it had been in an accident on both ends with a total respray. Hoping to find something without any paint work.

Mike just lives up the road from us and I'm sure I know some of the guys from Kansas, our local BMW CCA chapter is in KC. Just checked out that thread and Mike was the only one I recognized, looks like I need to make more meets.
