Hey guys i got the clutch fly wheel assemble replaced did tranny fluid and diff seals and fluid at that time too and car shifts great and runs smooth however i noticed that while sitting at idle there is an audible 'chugging' comming from the engine/exhaust note almost as if there was a more aggressive cam in the car any ideas?

Are you throwing any codes? This is probably just a coincidence, not having anything to do with the work you just did.

Is the 'chugging' just the sound or is there a noticeable rise/fall in RPM with the sound?

It just threw a code I have a buddy bringing a reader over so I can see what it is. The chugging is more or less a rough feeling... Slight shutter felt through the floor board and burble heard in the exhaust and a very very small variation noticed in the rpms as seen on the tach... I'm thinking coil pack or spark plug but have no real idea

codes read that the engine is running lean got to look through the intake for a crack somewhere... anyone have any tips while i trouble shoot?

Yup. Dos are da shiz. I wonder if they work better with the AFE intake.
