Considering the current price of the BMW Performance rear rotors ($129)

I'd love to go that route but does anyone know where I can find a matching set of the fronts? If not I need some advice on what other rotors I should get and pads. The idea of less brake dust on the wheels is very appealing but are there any cons of going with ceramic pads?
While I'm doing it I'm going to put stainless steel brake lines on as well so any preferences there would be appreciated.

You can find matching fronts...but they are more $$$. You could get a nice matching set of aftermarkets from Ray (Smilez).

That was one of the first places I looked but "Sorry, these rotors are No Longer Available (NLA)"
I just noticed though that you can still add them to your cart so maybe they still have some left?

When BMW stopped making them and offered them to dealers at clearance pricing with new part numbers. I've been searching around for all the different numbers and haven't found much. Or actually any at any shop I've heard of.

im looking for a set of rotors as well (front and rear). my 04 zhp coupe has cross drilled and slotted rotors on now so i want to get another set. any ideas on a good brand?

I gave up trying to find the BMW Performance fronts and went with UUC rotors and Hawk pads.

how much did you spend on just the rotors? were they cross drilled and slotted?

Apparently you can't link directly to the rotors page so you have to choose "brake rotors" on the left where it says "start here". I got the "1-piece OE-style " with the Hawk ceramic pads.

I just ordered them today but I will be doing the work myself. Brake jobs are actually pretty easy and straightforward. It will take me longer to clean the rims while they're off than the actual brake work.
The stainless steel lines will firm up the pedal and it will feel like the brakes have more initial bite so it will be impossible to tell how much of that effect is from the lines and from the pads.

Finally got all the parts Friday and did the install Sat. So far... meh.
It was an easy job and I didn't run into any problems with the install but they feel mushy and I'm certain I need to re-bleed them. I had borrowed a friends power bleeder and this was my first and probably last time using one. When pressurized to the max recommended - 20psi, the brake fluid just trickles out of the rears. This probably wouldn't have been an issue but I installed new brake lines a the same time, and the lines have a good 6-7" vertical drop to the calipers. As slow as the brake fluid was bleeding out I'm certain air was running back up and staying in the lines. I'll do them again the old fashioned way in a couple of days when I can elicit some help. As it is now the pedal will go halfway to the floor at the point the ABS comes on so I'm not worried about it's just not at all what I was expecting.
